Processing Time

Process time varies based on the quantity of art purchased, packing time and the number of orders that are ahead of a new art collectors order. 


Shipping and handling will be calculated upon check out.

Standard Ground delivered within the 48 States should arrive (3 to 7 business days), V.I.C currently does not ship to APO/FPO, (Army Post Office and Fleet Post Office). We ship to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii or other international addresses. Shipping may take (3 to 16 business days) Be aware that orders may arrive in multiple packages.

**Please note, product rates and shipping costs are subject to change with out notice. 

*During holidays orders may take longer than expected. To receive packages on time be sure to order 1 to 2 months in advance.

*Alaska, Hawaii and Canada are excluded from Free Shipping promotions

**V.I.C will not be responsible for covering additional customs, delays of customs, import taxes, other fees that may apply in shipments. Please know upon check out, these fees will not be including in the shipping costs.

Is there a next day option? 

Only standard ground shipping is available.

What if I need my order sooner then 7 to 16 business days?

Please contact [email protected] for additional shipping answers and possible alternatives.

Does the packaging tell what’s inside?

No, You may receive advertising of the company logo on your package/s and an invoice inside listing the items purchased.

Will my email be flooded by advertisements ?

No, your email will only receive updates on the process of your order and confirm when your order has been shipped. Although, If any issues arise you will be contacted immediately.

Is wholesale or commercial option available?

Wholesale inquiries are not available at this time. But please contact for commercial options. 

I’m still waiting for it to arrive, who do I contact?

If you did not receive your items within 7 to 16 business days please contact through our website or via email. be sure to include your full name, address and tracking number as soon as possible.

Can I have it shipped somewhere other than my residence?

Yes, during check out you may ship your items to a different residence other then your own.

What if I made a mistake on the information I provided on my order, do I have time to correct it?

If you have not received an email confirming within 24 hours that your order has been processed, you still have time to contact us immediately before we continue the order. This consideration will gives us time to make corrections.

What is the return policy?

All Sales are final on commissions, original artwork, multiples and prints.

We do not accept returns and exchanges at this time.

What if I’m not happy with my purchase ?
